  Custom web application development

  We design and build web applications end to end: customer portals, internal tools, dashboards, and the APIs behind them. Typical builds are TypeScript throughout: React or Astro on the frontend, Node.js services behind them, and PostgreSQL for data. We take responsibility for architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment, and we hand over code that another team can pick up without us.

  E-commerce and Shopify development

  Our deepest specialization. We build Shopify themes from the ground up in Liquid, develop headless storefronts on the Storefront API with Hydrogen or Next.js, and ship custom Shopify apps using the Admin API, App Bridge, and Polaris. That includes checkout customization with Shopify Functions and checkout UI extensions, complex product and metaobject modeling, third-party integrations, and performance work on Core Web Vitals for storefronts that carry real traffic.

  Mobile development with React Native

  We build iOS and Android applications from a single React Native codebase, using Expo where it fits and bare workflows where it does not. The work covers navigation and state architecture, native module integration when a feature needs it, offline behavior, push notifications, and release management through App Store Connect and Google Play.

  Frontend engineering and design systems

  For consumer brands, the storefront is the product. We build component libraries and design systems that hold up under real use: accessible components with documented props and states, typography and spacing scales, and CI checks that keep accessibility and performance from regressing. Our lead engineer has done this work inside large direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, where frontend quality directly affects revenue.

  Technical consulting and team leadership

  Beyond hands-on development, we advise teams that already have engineers but need direction: architecture and code reviews, delivery process, technical hiring support, and interim technical leadership. This work is grounded in current, day-to-day experience leading a development team, not in past titles.

We keep engagements small and direct. You work with the engineer doing the work, not an account layer, and the process is built around shipping in small, reviewable increments.

1. Scoping

   Every engagement starts with a short discovery conversation. We ask about the business problem before the technical one, then put the proposed scope, approach, and pricing in writing before any work begins.

2. Build

   Work happens in your repositories from day one, in small pull requests with clear descriptions. You see progress as working software on a staging environment, not as status reports.

3. Ship and hand over

   We deploy to production, document what we built and why, and make sure your team can operate and extend the system without depending on us. Ongoing support is available, but never required.

We pick tools deliberately and keep the list short. This is the stack we work in daily and are comfortable being accountable for in production.
